Our pod was so cute, warm & welcoming for our w.e break! It had everything we needed & the beds & bedding were so snug! We also had our own immaculate bathroom a short stroll away. The site and utilities are very well organised. Tim, the owner was very friendly and hospitable. Lynda, the campsite manager was equally lovely. The breakfast was wonderful, plentiful, and lots of choice in a lovely sunroom. The hotel is set in a grand, picturesque location surrounded by fields within which is a lake, Beds are very comfortable with French doors opening onto a patio, looking across the fields. An 14th century church is in walking distance, and pleasant walks in the nearby wooded areas. Lovely part of the world, real England.

    Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful part of East Sussex.

    Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful part of East Sussex. Rooms far nicer than the photos suggest. Our room had mezzanine bedroom, and living room area downstairs, just lovely. Patio area to the back, couldn't have asked for more. Easy check in and check out, and they were able to accommodate around our timing outside of normal check in times. We went to wedding nearby and the BlackBoys were able to help out with local taxi firms so everything went really smoothly. It's a shame the pub is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, was looking forward to a pint of Harvey's!
