Stayed for 2 nights 21 to 23 September What's there not to like? My stay was exceptional. The place itself has a cottage like vibe. It has everything you need and the decor, features etc is very high spec. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave etc. A TV with "proper" channels including netflix, very comfortable indeed. Lesley is on hand to answer and help with any questions or queries about the area and things to do. Plus they also offer a very reasonable, very flexible taxi service. Tiptop!!! The cottage is warm and cosy. It is set back in an area surrounded by beautiful green land and in a garden with lovely garden furniture and ample seating areas. It really has the best backdrop. There is also a fully equipped gym which I had the opportunity to use, very considerate to open it up for guests. The hosts have thought about everything you may need for a comfortable getaway. They were brilliant hosts, Lesley and Pat, their welcome was more like going to stay with friends for the weekend! The nicest people you would ever want to meet, hands on, making sure you're comfortable, super pleasant, engaging and just really really nice folks. I highly recommend the Glen Adorable... the name says it all!

The new owners have extensively refurbished the Fox Inn and the staff are all friendly and helpful The rooms are bespoke lodges at the rear of the inn, even on a cold and frosty evening, the place is warm and inviting.

It's a wonderful place to unwind after a long day of exploring London. Des makes every guest feel welcome. With his friendly and intimate approach, he makes your stay truly memorable. Amazing place, great people and hospitality, lovely breakfast. The personnel was very helpful, if you need to book a taxi and flexible so to stay in your room a little bit longer. We loved the vibe of this hotel. Overall, very clean and in the room you can fin everything you need, the hairdryer, iron even holy bible.

    l liked the venue, but did find the bedroom rather "cell"...

    l liked the venue, but did find the bedroom rather "cell" like. However, it functioned well for a good nights sleep. Very comfortable bed and facilities. Lovely evening meal options and very substantial Full English breakfast available at a reasonable extra cost. l would recommend as long as you were not planning to stay in the room for a long period as there is not a view from the room.
