I liked the well-mannered staff and the greeting received upon seeing us. Jacob and Jayne in the Breakfast room more than helpful as was the manager who ensured everything was up to standard. Nice stay.

The Receptionist upgraded me to a Room with Pitch View and did not charge me any supplement. I found that exceptionally nice. Room was spacious and the view was great. Very nice structure, just what I was looking for.

Roderick on reception was truly fabulous. He was professional, kind, and full of empathy. The breakfast manager lady was great. And recognised me after 18 months. As a solo lady traveller , you feel very safe and comfortable. The area is very pretty.

    We didn’t know what to expect as it was our first time in harwood and Bolton in general, however the only time we spent in harwood was when we were at the house we didn’t go anywhere other than the house to Warrington in an uber but what we saw so far was good
