The location is great but if you arrive a night, you need to take a taxi or Uber to here. Perfect breakfast and friendly staff. I spent an excellent time in the hotel.

Had to stay here because our flight has been rescheduled to two days later. surprisingly clean and new, I could just stay in for two days in the hotel (flight cancelled due to bad weather and we couldn’t get out to city) there’s also free shuttle bus to airport.

I love this hotel so much that I will stay there anytime I or members of my family visits London. It's exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet, cosy. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly and very willing to assist and provide what you request. The young lady at the reception is simply amazing.. The location is excellent. This is the third time I have stayed at the Leonardo and it is an excellent value at Heathrow. Everything works well and the rooms are great. They have snacks to buy which is nice and coffee and tea in the room. The restaurant food is very good. Great service.

    The buffet breakfast was ideal for us and in a very quiet and peaceful setting. There were people around to help you to a seat and so the dining room didn't seem too overcrowded. The staff greeted us and that made a difference to our experience for breakfast!! The room was better than expected and we took a walk in the evening despite it being on a busy road. The reception staff helped with information about the shuttle bus to our terminal and it all worked well. We ate in the evening at the pub down the road which was very busy but good value food.

    Location iscideal for our terminal. We booked the airport taxis from the machine in the foyer. Which was easy to use and reliable. Only stayed the 1 night before our early flight the next day. We did not arrive at the hotel until after 22:30 pm.

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in...

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in September, one of which was specifically a twin room for my two sons (aged 18 and 21). On arrival, after a long and confusing check-in process, we were first told that the hotel could not find our reservation. After around 15 stressful minutes, they eventually located it—only to then inform us that they had no twin rooms available due to an unspecified "issue," which was never properly explained. Instead, they gave my sons a king bed to share. These are two grown men, so it was completely unsuitable. In the end, one of them had to sleep on the floor. This was a shocking and very disappointing start to our holiday, especially after booking so far in advance.

    Pleased with the quality of hotel.

    Pleased with the quality of hotel. Excellent shuttle service Limited food availability on late evening arrival, although there was a choice of two meals and I hadn't been sure if there would be any food as no information in pre arrival emails

    Very easy to get to from T2 and also get back to T2.

    Very easy to get to from T2 and also get back to T2. Large bar area and food served until very late if you need any. Rooms good sized and bathroom decent with good power shower, Bed very comfortable so slept very well, which is unusual for me.

    Modern hotel which is really convenient for Heathrow Airport. Close to underground tube station too. Hotel reception and ground floor communal areas light and airy with contemporary internal design. Secure access for lift, spacious room with big tv, walk-in shower and tea making facilities. All staff were professional, friendly and courteous. The spa area was a great bonus. Very nice pool and hot tub. Underground parking too. Will definitely stay again.

    Was in London for about 2 nights. The staff was incredible! I've stayed at many hotels for work and this staff is by far top notch! Location was near the airport, but transportation was super easy to take! Friendly area! A lot of coffee shops nearby and a McDonalds which was convenient. There is an ASDA about 25 away(walking distance) will definitely stay here again!
