Easy to walk around with amazing views of the beach and estuary. Choice of 3 pubs within easy walking distance of the Commodore hotel. Great local news agents and delicatessen called John's- nothing was too much trouble when ordering papers to pick up the following day. Instow is small, clean town with a range of excellent facilities for its size. A great beach, a fabulous restaurant, the Boatyard, excellent hostelries and a wonderful deli, cafe and shop at Johns.
