We had a wonderful stay at the Riverside. We were on the ground floor in apartment 42. The staff were great and the food excellent. So we highly recommend the Riverside if you are thinking of going to Mildenhall.

The property was very spacious and clean. It had a beautiful kitchen with all modern gadgets. Peaceful area and easy to find. The host was warm and welcoming so it felt homely. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    Strange area that has seen better times.

    Strange area that has seen better times. It has its own atmosphere in the sedge fens, very flat. The town has a co-op, two take aways and a post office but not a lot else. Probably a pub or two but we didn't go, and an italian restaurant which we didn't sample. American feel to some of it. The jets flying overhead are rather exciting.
