Peaceful place to stay close to lots of beautiful places to visit including the Bosherton Lakes and Broad Haven South Beach. Terrible. The receptionist was so rude. I didn't bother checking -in. I just left. The reception area was dreadful! Not in keeping with the photos shown of spa, which is in a stand alone new building, quite far from the hotel and rooms. Totally devoid of hospitality. Ideal base for those looking to explore Pembroke itself (literally down the road but far enough from the bustle of Pembroke's narrow streets) and the glorious coastal walks and beaches.
