The location OMG it's so beautiful, I slept and woke up to an amazing view. The staff was so helpful and nice, guided on places to visit also. The location is good, you can do nearby mountains.or even visit Glencoe easily. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh (if you opt for a cooked one).

Staff was super lovely and accommodating. Very cozy spot on the Loch, wish we got to explore the town a bit more as they left some great recommendations. Dinner on site was delicious and it was a very picturesque location to stay!

Killin Hotel seems to be quite an institution. We cycled there and a friendly guy we met on the way recommended it as a place to stop for a coffee. He gave us a thumbs up for our choice when we told him we were staying there. The restaurant is a good place to get dinner, and it's advisable to book in advance.

For a group of hill walkers or nature ramblers this hotel is very good, if a bit old-fashioned. It is located on the north side of Lough Tay amid beautiful scenery. If you want an escape from phones, emails and other distractions in life this is a very good spot. You must have your own transport as it is 6 or 7 miles from the nearest village.

The hotel is situated half way up Loch Tay between Killin and Kenmore, ideal for walking the Munro's and trails. The room was comfortable with nice views. Lovely home cooked full breakfast with cereal, toast, juice and coffee set us up for the day. We ate at the hotel every night, all meals were delicious especially the Haggis Pakoras and the Lamb Shank. My husbands favourite was the Steak Pie which he had twice in four days!! A big thanks to Reece for looking after us!

Friendly and helpful guy ran the hotel for most of my stay. Very nice rooms, with an excellent shower. Food and drinks very good too, particularly the lamb on the Sunday evening.
