The facilities and decoration are just top-notch. On top of that, the view is just the best you can have in Liverpool. The staffs are just absolutely lovely. The food might be a bit overpriced but very nice. All in all, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

This was a great hotel, the building at start might not looked outstanding, but it really represents what the docks are and you quickly begin to love the design, the red brick style, you will realize how awesome the construction really is. Rooms size is amazing, common areas are extraordinary and the titanic theme is present and beautiful.

I loved the room, and the proximity to Anfield. There is a cafe and a bar right next door. My room was gorgeous, bed was very comfortable and the bath was immaculate. Building is less than 5 minute walk to Anfield park. I particularly enjoyed watching fans get to the game and stream out of the park. Hotel staff accommodated my bags after check out and went to the game. I really appreciated that. City centre is about 10 minute drive or 15 minute bus ride away

I have not been to Liverpool since 1988 and saw such a massive change for the better. The dock area is amazing, plenty of great museums, fantastic shopping area and, of course, various Beatles references! We had a superb weekend and will return.

Liverpool is a lovely city with lots to offer, the City Tour buses are an ideal way of getting around and visiting lots of interesting places. There are lots of places to eat and some lovely shops and shopping centres in the city. Also there are several museums covering all kinds of interesting things, not to mention the Beatles museum and the Cavern Club. Definitely a lot to do.

I love this city more than any other in the world.

I love this city more than any other in the world. People so friendly, they make this place what it is. Loads of places to go out, whether that's eating out or going to bar, club or anything else you fancy, this place has it all. Small local boozers with characters where everyone is welcome. I've seen women walking on their own past midnight,so I think it's relatively safe. I know everywhere has its problems as Liverpool has, but I can honestly say, I have been coming here for nearly fifty years and over the years I've brought my family, I've been here with mates and I've travelled alone so many times, walked the streets till early hours sometimes after falling out of some bar or other, and I have never ONCE had any problems in Liverpool, thank you Liverpool for making this city so special.

The City is a dream, lots to do and three nights is never enough, we try to go as often as we can and we always find different places to visit, restaurants to eat at and pubs to drink in. The architecture is as impressive as anywhere in the world for a city centre. The metro, buses and many taxis make for easy travel. Must visits are the docks, museums , cathedrals, china town, Hope street ,the Cavern quarter and thats before the stadiums, but best thing about Liverpool are the people of Liverpool, polite, helpful , funny and so proud of their City. You will LOVE it, oh and don’t forget the shopping Liverpool One is fantastic.

I only needed a cheap room for the night as I had a very early train the next morning. This hotel is ideal. It is less than 10mins walk from Lime Street, and about 2 mins from Liverpool One if you needed to be central to the city centre. It has what you need, tea and coffee, shower facilities etc. Room is comfortable and provides enough space. Wifi is free and held throughout my time there.
