This is a small but pretty village.
This is a small but pretty village. It is a quiet and comfortable place to stay. There is a pub and a handy and well stocked convenience store. The Holland Hotel where I stayed was lovely and clean.
The Holland Hotel where I stayed was lovely and clean. The room was very nice with a lovely bathroom with bath, shower etc. The room had an ironing board, iron, electric fan, if too warm and a hair dryer. Very well equipped. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice. Really enjoyed my stay there and for an excellent price for the room per night. Would recommend it and well worth it. Overall a great little place to have a nice relaxing and peaceful stay but close enough to places with lots of things to do. We headed over to Holyhead to walk over to the Marina and a little scenic walk over to the breakwater with the small lighthouse at the end. We spent a day at Trearddur Bay. Beautiful little beach with some lovely little restaurants for a bite to eat. We also ventured further over to Beaumaris. Gorgeous little seaside village with everything needed for the perfect fun packed day out with the kids. We did crabbing off the pier and visited the castle.
