Sweet and picturesque lakeside village.
Sweet and picturesque lakeside village. We did some beautiful walks- enjoyed boat ride around loch and spent a few hours on idyllic island in loch. A couple of small gift shops and a village store with fantastic cakes and essential supplies. A nice hotel and small restaurant/ cafe to eat in . We had a car and drive to other nearby lochs and had breathtaking drive up to glencoe and glen elive….. iconic James Bond sky-fall location. Luss village was really picturesque - such an attractive spot on the Loch. We used it as a base for a Loch Cruise which was great. Luss is incredibly popular, and with the exceptional weather, the car park was full very quickly. Culag is in a stunning setting, Patrick is a fantastic host. The property was superb plenty tea,coffee,sugar and even fresh milk in the fridge on arrival.
