It was good to have a ground floor room as we always travel with our dog. The staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. The bedroom was large with plenty of room and power sockets. Shower was powerful and good temperature. There is a simple good menu including burgers, soup, homemade cakes etc.

This establishment was more than we expected. Friendly staff, greeted with a warm smile and welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a variety and delicious meals. Charlie greeted us with a very warm welcome and explained the layout of our accommodation and its amenities. Sophie was absolutely amazing host, very warm and forthcoming! The room was rather large but yet so cosy. The furniture might not be to everyone's taste but I thought it was really cute. The location is good, close to motorway link.

    This is deep farming country, rich and fertile land with plenty of trees. At night the stars astonish a town-dulled eye. It is hard to distinguish between the outstanding comfort of our lodging and the merits of its surroundings. To our eyes at least simple delight.
