Got there on the Sunday evening to find that the TV was not connected, tried to connect and the TV nearly fell off the brackets supporting it. Contacted the number given and was told someone would ring me back still waiting. Can back on the Monday to find not only was the TV not working I also had no electricity. Phoned again and again told someone would connect me (Still waiting of that call as well). Had to throw out the food I had brought and could not even have a shower. St Helens is only 3.5 miles from home but a lot of restructuring going on. Main Bus station been. Demolished (temp 3yrs bus stops) and Some shops Closing but got good 2 Markets at moment and plenty of high streets to visit. Saint Helens appears to be a quiet and safe suburb of Liverpool, about 30 minutes drive form the centre of Liverpool. Majority are residential houses. Never again will I recommend this to family & friends it was dirty wardrobe sink floor pillow case that has all over it I am waiting for my £100 damage as i wasnt there that much as the kitchen was disgreatful the smart TV only exepted uk cards so had could not log they sent a boy with a ariel that done nothing at all I also am waiting for a double booking deposit of £174 paid on the 24th April yes so quick to take & not received this is a joke taking my money yet not helping me get it back. So I had no tv no heating I should blame & adk for my money back as the Parkview, I have stayed there a few times.
