The Hosts where lovely freindly and welcoming , made me feel at home straight away . Fab 3 nights. My room with the garden veiw was a bonus a good size very comfy bed , everything you needed . Bathroom next door very clean and smart. Everything you need in a Kitchen .

June, the host, is what makes it all so lovely. It’s super clean and neat and she helps you with the spiral staircase luggage including washing up, Changing linens, etc. Lots of light, beautiful property and bathroom. Easy re laundry after a grueling dirty shift on a film location ! Comfortable bed . She got an extra fan when it was really hot. If you can book this, go for it because I think it’s books up most of the time and people stay long-term . Can’t say enough good things. Xxx

Shepperton is a nice little village with plenty of places to eat, their is a train station but be wary of the train to London being slow, around 50 minutes and you might be best taking a 15 minute bus ride to Walton On Thames station and getting more frequent and quicker trains there

I would not book this accommodation it is a waste of time.

I would not book this accommodation it is a waste of time. We arrived at 6.30 and was met by the owners daughter, so she said. She informed us that rooms had not been cleaned and the beds were not ready. She asked us to come bad in 30 minutes. We arrived back 4o minutes later to be told that she had make up the double bed, but could not find the duvet, as she did not stay there. I informed her that we had booked a twin room as I was travelling with my 24 year old daughter who would not sleep in the same bed as myself. The daughter told us that her father was indisposed and could not come to see me. She advised me that it would be best if I sought other accommodation. When I asked if I could get my money back, she said she only had a fiver and I should claim my money back. I eventually got other accommodation in a hotel which was more expensive. Avoid this accommodation at all costs

As the Warren was only doing pizza for the evening meal we took a short walk up to High Street and had a very nice Indian in the School of Spice. Then walked over to the Manor pub which has very recently had a make over great pub 'real pub' with friendly bar maid.

Closeness to visiting attraction. Restaurant staff need further training, kept referring to my wife and I as guys! The hotel needs refurbishing, trays of plates and empty glasses were left in the corridor until the following morning.

We had a great time, and my kids expressed their likeness for the kind and friendly service provided by everyone we met at the Hotel, Thank you all 😊! Worth mentioning are both Julie and Will who went to length making sure we had a lovely breakfast and Dinner experience. Clean room and decent facilities. Highly recommend that the Dinner menu which is in the included package should be more varied.

The hotel was impeccably clean. Not a speck of dust in the room. The bath fittings were fantastic. They didn't have grooves that were hiding places for muck, dirt, and germs. The spa was a bonus and an added value. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as I felt relaxed and rejuvenated.

The staff were very friendly and quick to help when we locked ourselves out of our room! Everything was spotless-the bedding and towels were fluffy and white. The hotel overlooks the river and there is a lovely garden verandah to enjoy a drink and watch the boats!

Good location for exploring the area, e.g. Hampton Court Palace was just a 15 minute drive. Short walk into Shepperton town centre if you wanted a restaurant/pub. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts are really friendly and helpful.
