On arrival my room was upgraded and it was beautiful. The location is fabulous right beside the beach and it’s a lovely walk into Rye. Lovely bar and restaurant at the hotel

Round the corner from the Main Street by foot. Parking at rear of Hotel. The parts that were newly decorated, including our room, were lovely. Exceptionally Clean bathroom+WC. Although on side of road, slept well. Would definitely book again.

Everything was pristine clean, the rooms even smelled nice when we entered them. There's a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and tea set. Outside the rooms are well equipped kitchens and common area. I loved the interior style and the decor, it really made the slogan "your home away from home" true:)

Lovely old building in a great location and clean. Easy check in and out with helpful staff. Food is reasonably priced and menu for evening was good. ( day time menu looked nice as well) Breakfast was included and very scrumptious. Lovely stay and we will be back.

We had a truly lovely weekend staying in this caravan. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The space was well-organized and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and refreshing escape. We’ll definitely be coming back!
