Location was amazing, close to the Port of Immingham, but really in the country side. The hotel is a hidden gem. The food is excellent and locals also come here to have dinner and drinks. Perfect for work but also enjoying the real English hospitality.

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. My wife suffered a panic attack in the car park and Kyle and his team were there in an instant to help her and sort out the problem. I would recommend your establishment to anybody. Thank you all very much.

Room was very good as I was upgraded to the suite, probably because my main request was for a bath tub instead of a shower. Food and service was excellent but I observed that the staff had to work hard due to theire numbers, I guess that's just the business model these days to keep prices reasonable.

    On check in staff were not very helpful just gave us the key...

    On check in staff were not very helpful just gave us the key and that was it no information on breakfast etc. Soon as we walked in the room it had a funny smell to it. Only one Bath towel provided. At breakfast no staff about to ask where to go what to do etc.

    The room was very spacious and beautifully clean. I liked the walk in shower rather than a shower over a bath. The room was also really quiet, so often hotels are located on busy roads. Dinner was excellent, i can't eat potatoes and the dish i picked contained potatoes however the chief happily adapted the recipe to produce a really tasty curry without any potato- greatly appreciated. The staff were all friendly and cheerful, happy in their work which is such a tonic.

    We met up with friends, also staying at the hotel, for dinner the first night- 7 of us and a 7 month old baby. Meal wAs beautifully cooked and served by friendly staff who helped kick our weekend off

    The hotel bar was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It had a verity of different seating options and the bar was well stocked and staff were very friendly.
