I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions.
I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food is good. Stansted is easy to reach, and the hotel is close to the terminal with convenient onsite parking. Previously, I was told parking was on a first come, first served basis, which seemed fair enough. However, on my last visit I was informed after parking that no space was available as I had not booked in advance. If the policy had changed, this should have been made clear at the time of booking. The inconsistency was disappointing, and unfortunately this experience has soured my opinion of the hotel. I will be looking elsewhere in future.Guest review byKevinUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Flight delayed so missed connecting flight.. the proximity of the hotel to the terminal is unsurpassable The check-in was fast and efficient Room was spacious and beds super comfortable Shower was strong and bathroom equipped with facecloths etc But best of all breakfast at 4am to facilitate early flight was just brilliant and really enjoyableGuest review byTrishIreland

And the car park shuttle buses stop outside the airport entrance so again, its just a few minites to walk to the hotel on arrival. It's comfortable....beds and pillows just right. And an early breakfast is served which suits us as inevitably we end up on flights at 6.30 / 7 a.m. so grabbing some breakfast after getting up at 4 a.m. is a bonus.
