The staff organised a lift to the bunkhouse from the end of the West Highland Way which was a great boost, given that it would have meant t a mile long walk uphill after walking 25 k already. The showers and toilet facilities were top quality

Breakfast was lovely and I so enjoyed the silver teapot in the table. Food was hearty and hot. Service was great. The Hamilton room was gorgeous. Loved the high ceilings and it had the best shower on our entire 9 day trip around Scotland and England. Ground floor room easy access to the car.

Great location on Loch Lomond. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is an old building, but the rooms are well appointed, and clean & comfortable. The restaurant was lovely and food was great. Very dog friendly too.
