This charming market town is quiet at night and offers a variety of shops and supermarkets. Parking at the supermarket is very easy. The town is close to the station, and there are plenty of options for outdoor activities, including a lovely walking trail and a great spot for dog walking. The countryside is simply breathtaking. There was a park with Lakes, ducks, fishing and a cafe with parking almost accross the road from our stay. It was local to the buisness we needed to do. People friendly. Lots of shops. Two train stations. Other bigger park with childrens play area and train track other side of Thorne. Have been there before. Didnt eat in there this time. Went to a small local village.
