Tiverton was a great little town with lots of independent shops & places to eat . Tiverton Canal Horse drawn barge trip was highlight of our break We visited 2 National TRust properties nearby too. Tiverton is a beautiful town with interesting and historic buildings. Great individual shops in the town and beautiful canel with horse drawn barge experience which was amazing. The town was dead after about 4pm. The crime and anti social behaviour seemed to be high compared to other Devon Towns but we did not witness anything too uncomfortable apart from a couple of very drunk people who were very loud.Guest review bySarah - 10

i loved seeing my relatives even though it was for a very sad occasion, the weatherspoons pub was great and the pub just a bit along the road on the opposite side called the seven stars i think,definatly something stars anyway.
