Truly Exceptional! From the moment I stepped inside this charming retreat, I knew it was something special. The host went above and beyond to make the stay feel like home. The space is not only beautiful, but it’s also incredibly well thought-out, with every little detail taken care of. The décor is stylish, cozy, and welcoming, blending modern touches perfectly. The living area was bright and airy, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Oh did I mention the 100% eqyptian cotton towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials minus kitchen tissue roll but that was absolutely no problem – There was also fresh milk and a chilled water bottle in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. The location is peaceful, but close enough to explore both the city and the surrounding nature. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of character. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the host. Their communication was prompt and friendly, and they made sure everything went smoothly during check in and out. A host who genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re considering booking, do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate – this place is a hidden gem!

The view that we face when stepping out of the apartment - a spacious, well maintained large garden, with pond in one of the corners, the water lillies and the red fishes in it. We really enjoyed having our breakfast outside the apartment!

Lovely traditional pub modernized in a very tasteful and cozy manner. We loved our big room at the top of the building, with a large and extremely comfortable bed and large bathroom with standalone bat tub and separate shower. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and they were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very good. The location was close enough to public transportation. The restaurant menu food was delicious and the price was right. The staff were friendly, and my problem with the air-conditioner cooling was rectified immediately with a room change. Now, that's excellent service.

Everything was excellent! The staff was the kindest, the room was spacious and very clean and hot during the winter. The bathroom was also spacious and very comfortable. The location is excellent connected with London and Heathrow Airport with bus, overground and trains. Also felt very safe in this area.

    I was visiting relatives in the area.

    I was visiting relatives in the area. Warlingham village has independent shops, good pubs with restaurants and a large supermarket as well as an express supermarket. There is a village green where many activities and events are held, most of which are free to attend. Parking can be difficult at times and is mostly on road. Very close to open countryside but also very hilly in places as this is Surrey Hills!
