The accommodation is very comfortable and homely and is ideally located for visiting the attractions of the wider area (Cheddar Gorge, Wells Cathedral and market, Wookey Hole caves, Stourhead House and gardens, are all within easy reach). There's a lovely well-stocked garden to wander around with plenty of outdoor seating ... there's also the added bonus of off-road parking. And breakfast is definitely not to be missed ... top notch! The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Our room was large and cosy and the bathroom was lovely. We had breakfast and dinner which was absolutely delicious, I really couldn’t fault the place. Beautiful area the village is small but has all the facilities that are needed a car is needed from accommodation to village as there are not really any paths and road is narrow and busy at times with lorries there are lower speed limits but need to be aware and careful if walking. Accommodation fantastic again with all facilities and amenities very comfortable and very clean children would love it here safe garden for little ones and then a playground at top of hill with beautiful scenic outlook the owners were very accommodating helpful and friendly we would thoroughly recommend this cottage for couples or families….wonderful 4day stay😊Guest review byElaineUnited Kingdom

It's a short drive into the village of Wedmore which has some lovely pubs and a great village shop, further out you are only a 15min drive from the wonderful Cheddar Gorge (we'd defiantly recommend the Bath Arms for Sunday lunch) and Wooky Hole which are great for the kids to explore and learn about our countries ancient history.
