On arrival there was limited parking for about 5 cars. We got a spot no problem. Warm welcome from the owner and her daughter. Made us feel welcome as we travelled from Lancashire to visit our son in bath as we only stayed the one night. Very comfy bed too. The breakfast was standard full English plus cereals if preferred. I wouldn’t say the breakfast was exquisite as described on booking .com it’s was just a normal breakfast as you would expect in a b&b.
