Stayed at this property for 2 nights to attend an event at the Sports stadium nearby. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great selection of kitchen utensils to cook meals with and plenty of towels and complementary toiletries in the bathrooms. Heat had been set for our arrival with was a lovey touch as the property was lovely and warm for us. Would highly recommend this property and would book again if returning to the area.

The room was very nice; very clean and tastefully designed. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant attached and I had a very nice lunch. The shower was easy to work; the "bay" window had a large area to put bags etc out of the way and the bed itself was very comfortable.

Fabulous breakfast and evening meal. Veggie burger was very nice. Very friendly and amenable staff. Good to have top ups to tea and coffee on the landing. Very close to our grand daughter's student accommodation which was a bonus. Quite area but not far to walk to bustling street with restaurants etc and also the botanic gardens. Free onsite parking.
