The staff truly understand the meaning of hospitality. From the seamless check-in process to the attentive service throughout, every interaction was marked by genuine kindness and professionalism. It was clear that their priority was ensuring every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Plus, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking— a majestic mountain landscape blanketed in snow. It was a picturesque scene that added an extra layer of tranquility and beauty to my stay.

Quiet location in beautiful nature! The cottage is equipped with everything you need, including in the kitchen. The host is lovely, she is available quickly anytime you need anything and she even baked some delicious traditional khachapuri for us! We had an amazing stay here, having breakfast on the sunny terrace every day before our hikes. Highly recommended!

Nice family run hotel, the daughter in law spoke english well. Had dinner twice in restaurant, Trout and salad were great. Breakfast was simple. My room was a 302, corner unit with best view in hotel. I was upgraded. Lots of street construction going on. Room was super clean and very nice. I would stay here again. They also did my laundry for a great price of 15GEL

The room was big and comfortable, with a super clean bathroom. The balcony was very spacious and offered an amazing view of Mt. Kazbek. Our host, Eka, was a sweet and welcoming lady, always happy to help with anything we needed. It was a truly pleasant stay.
