I am sincerely grateful to the hotel staff for their warm and attentive attitude towards their guests. I stayed with my grandmother, who has difficulty walking, and they prepared a room for us on the ground floor so she wouldn’t have to use the stairs. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The place is wonderful, and the airport transfer service deserves special thanks! You can also order breakfast if you wish, which is definitely a great convenience. excellent. very neat and tidy. just 15 minutes drive from the airport. The facilities were all jussst impeccable. and the staff is very nice. in fact I met the owner on my way out and he actually booked me a car from a tourist company and also described about a few places to see in and around Kutaisi. showed me on his phone as well and described their importance. impressed.
