We were positively surprised to find a kettle and a fridge in our room (that was not mentioned in the description). The room was very clean, and the picture hanging there was much better than the usual generic hotel art. The town of Khashuri is perfect for trainspotters.

Owner cant speak english The single bed is extremely small as if it is for a child The double bed is also not comfortable The sofa bed is just ok and next to kitchen The heating also very old and sometimes idle making the floor extremely cold The facilities in the kitchen is also not in good condition Overall it has limited space but wide parking space

5 stars location 5 stars clean 5 stars staffs When we need any help with the room ( for example wet bathroom), they came immediately to repair it on the spot! The breakfast was 5 stars too, lots of variety and fresh food Overall very good value for money! Thank you

The bed was comfy, the room spacious and the toilet even has a bidet which is great. The room, the restaurant and every passage was SUPER clean. Apart from that, the owners, M and L are beyond amicable, gentle and warm. We came in as strangers and we left feeling as I went to visit my far family which is a very particular feeling. We even got a wine cellar tour by L and enjoyed some lovely chacha and rakija. Finally, the breakfast that we received was amazing. And the hosts made sure to make us feel welcome, talked to us, cared about our perception of the stay and so on. Would return anytime ☺️ To future guests- booking shows you the wrong address which will take you through a random road leading to nowhere. Do yourself a favor and write the name of the hotel in google maps :)

The owner is a fantastic man. He helped us a lot with some problems we had. The location is far from the centre, but he can arrange a cheap taxi very easily. It's a very nice place if you come for being close to the mountains and a chill place.

    Best location for a rest in the middle of nature, especially...

    Best location for a rest in the middle of nature, especially with family and kids. Quite and peacefull family friendly settlement. Not much to do outside the hotel territory, but you can visit georgian writer's - Dimitri Kipiani house-museum. Borjomi and Bakuriani are only thirty minutes and an hour drive away by the car and you can find plenty of entertainment there.
