The hotel is located just few minutes going to downtown. It has a very nice view and the room we stayed was the same as the photos. They have lovely breakfast and a very accommodating host, Sasa (not sure if i spelled it right). We only stayed for a night but we really had fun.

Everything from check-in to check-out was immaculate. I'll start by saying I've never seen a better design for a room. The lighting and arrangment of furniture, bed and bathroom was flawless and funtional. Even to the smallest detail of finding my favorite soap, seeing all the lights, switches and power outlets in the perfect place really goes to show the effort made to make my stay the most comfortable and relaxing I've had. The self check-in process was easy and comfortable, the staff excellent, and the location perfect for those wanting to enjoy the real energy of Kutaisi. The inspiring modern design of Rotel has motivated me to make chages in my own home. All in all, if I could give more than 10 I would. Bravo to all people involved in making this Hotel.

The place was great. We stayed in 3 different places in Kutaisi over our trip and this was by far the best (perhaps the best of our 3 week travel). Self check in, Big bedroom and bathroom, and king size bed (2 individual together). The place was impeccable, even the kettle was clean which tends to always be dirty even in 5 stars hotels. They provide anything you might need from toothpaste, shampoo and gel shower, to bath robes, umbrella and even travel plug adapter. One of the windows has a mosquito net which is great for sleeping with the window open, there is AC too. The location is great a couple of blocks from the main fountain square.
