Clean, beds are so comfortable. Great quality everything is the room. Fine wibe! Personnel relaxed and easy and so helpful. Great location, close to everything cool. Quite new hotel. Kitchen excellent 👍. Breakfast so reach in everything! We lost out wallet and the personnel found it and returned it all safe to us, that was so incredible, and it was our wedding day. So, I really loved it! Thank you so much 😊 really recommend!!!

This hotel had friendly, English-speaking staff. The rooms were large and the linen was lovely. The bathroom was excellent. I wish we'd stayed here for all of our days in Tbilisi and not just for one night as we travelled in and out of the city.

Excellent lunch, wonderful service both at the restaurant, with the courteous assistants, and top compliments and grades to our concierge who kindly always went the extra mile to help in organizing our time in Tbilisi--including getting hard to find, last minute tickets to a memorable and famous puppet show and constantly making sure the venues we booked were actually open, and warning us promptly in case they weren't. So: noticeable extra care towards the patrons and guests on the hotel. Impressive. The location was marvellous, we loved the neighborhood, the little cafès like Entree, and the view from the top suite was idyllic. The atmosphere of the hotels was elegant and well curated, in its vintage allure, with touches of great taste in the decor and furniture.

    Beautiful and charming architecture. Huge choice of restaurants and bars, particularly wine bars! I would recommend taking cable car up to Mtatsminda Park. The views of the city are stunning. Flea market definitely worth a visit

    Great city to visit. But please note: 1. Taxi from the airport carries the potential to be ‘ripped-off.’ Download the BOLT App (Ubber) and get collected. 2. Cards are widely accepted but get some cash at the airport 3. Collect a SIM card in Tbilisi for your phone. 5G is widely available and will help your travels. 4. We felt safe although Georgian people seem a bit ‘sour’ but not unfriendly. 5. Get out of the city if you can as part of your stay. 6. Hire a car only if you have experience 7. Have a massage at the Royal Baths

    The city is beautiful and well organised but common man...

    The city is beautiful and well organised but common man doesnt understand English language not makes effort to learn . Most of them just speak Georgian and at airport most of the police misguides you as they don't understand what a visitor is saying. They need to have better communication skills and have knowledge of language like english or french or spanish. The information desk was rude. They should be proactive to make our visit a memorable one

    The city is great for a tour of a new culture , food and people.The towm is a mix of calture and modern , but for knowing the country you need to left the city. Will recomend a visit for about a week , but not so sure we'll come back.

    What a surprise Tbilisi is!

    What a surprise Tbilisi is! First, the Georgian people are the nicest. They are a very quiet but proud people - their language, their alphabet, their history. The National Museum of Georgia was an incredible experience - so much history and beautiful artifacts. When we would ask questions they were so happy to share their love of their country and pleasure that we were visiting. I would love to go back and visit other sites around Georgia.

RESTAURANT 360°: Simply unique and amazing...just try it and chill out with a glass of good white wine POSITION: In few minutes the guest can reach the city center, where there are many opportunities to taste a good glass of Georgian Wine in a wonderfull terrace.

    I stayed in 5 properties in my trip in Georgia, and this one was the cleanest and the best in terms of service. the rooms are spacious and clean, the personnel is warm and welcoming, facilities are modern and convenient. I personally enjoy my breakfast in my own company, and that’s what I got in the hotel. I only saw personnel for cleaning up the tables and topping up the food. the hotel also has a terrace, to enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee

    The property was set in a fascinating area of the old town. So much to do nearby with great eating places closeby. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were so helpful. The thermal baths are next door and the hotel gives you discount for using it. We went there and it was a great experience. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Mostly Georgian food but very tasty with plenty to pick from.

    I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was awesome! The rooms were spacious and super comfy. The breakfast at Saffron restaurant was top-notch, especially thanks to Sepehr, who was so friendly and knew a lot about the food, especially the Georgian dishes. I highly recommend this hotel!
