Really a big Surprise! From the reception ( the lady Mr. Sofia she speak Italian too!), to all the sentire stuff, everyone super gently. This hotel Is a real Boutique !! Feel fresh, clean, quite. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in the world and this is one of my new favourites. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, kind and welcoming. They looked after me like the perfect hosts and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. The rooms are well designed, spacious and very clean. Someone has clearly put a lot of thought into creating an enjoyable hotel experience. The location is nice and ideal to explore the city. The restaurant offers delicious (!) local and international dishes and Georgian wines. I can highly recommend this hotel and thank everyone working there for their kindness.

This is a family-run hotel, and the owner doesn’t speak English, so we mainly communicated with his daughter via WhatsApp. They are both very nice, respond to messages very quickly, and kindly agreed to store our luggage for two days. The hotel has an excellent location—it’s within walking distance to all the main attractions, and the car rental place is right next door. The hotel is very clean, and we had a comfortable stay.

    A city with incredible character.

    A city with incredible character. Walking around the old back streets you see very old building some which are close to falling down but then around the corner tucked away you find beautiful little bars that have retained the characters of times gone by but have up to date music systems and lighting with such friendly staff. The city feels vibrant, welcoming and very friendly. Loved it and will definitely visit again.

    To see the sights of Tbilisi, you need two days, no more, then it gets boring. If your goal is Georgian cuisine, a week should be enough (I already see some people saying they won't get enough in a lifetime, but I was born and raised in Tbilisi, so a week should be enough for food). The city is a bit dark at night, with little lighting. In addition, there are many empty buildings in the city center, not to mention the outskirts. In any case, the city makes a favorable impression.

    The city is beautiful and the people are very friendly and helpful. Prices are not high and your money goes far. There are many things to see and do. We felt very welcome, as Jews and Israelis. One of our Bolt drivers even put on music in Hebrew for us!

    Beautiful and charming architecture.

    Beautiful and charming architecture. Huge choice of restaurants and bars, particularly wine bars! I would recommend taking cable car up to Mtatsminda Park. The views of the city are stunning. Flea market definitely worth a visit

    Great city to visit. But please note: 1. Taxi from the airport carries the potential to be ‘ripped-off.’ Download the BOLT App (Ubber) and get collected. 2. Cards are widely accepted but get some cash at the airport 3. Collect a SIM card in Tbilisi for your phone. 5G is widely available and will help your travels. 4. We felt safe although Georgian people seem a bit ‘sour’ but not unfriendly. 5. Get out of the city if you can as part of your stay. 6. Hire a car only if you have experience 7. Have a massage at the Royal Baths

    The city is beautiful and well organised but common man...

    The city is beautiful and well organised but common man doesnt understand English language not makes effort to learn . Most of them just speak Georgian and at airport most of the police misguides you as they don't understand what a visitor is saying. They need to have better communication skills and have knowledge of language like english or french or spanish. The information desk was rude. They should be proactive to make our visit a memorable one

    It's a very stylish and romantic boutique hotel hidden away on a narrow curving street, right in the middle of an authentic neighbourhood in old Tblisi. It's only a stones throw from the main thoroughfare, Rustaveli Ave, and within 10-15 minutes walking distance to the touristy part of town. The decorations and rooftop terrace are full of atmosphere, and all the facilities and the breakfast were great. This was our final stay in Georgia and a really nice way to cap off our time in this beautiful country.

    The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the old town, with all the main sights, cafes, a shop, and a bus station nearby. The design combines European style with charming Georgian elements, and the warm colors made the rooms feel cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfasts are not very abundant, but there is always something to put on your plate for a satisfying meal. The hotel is quiet and peaceful.

    The Hotel had a great view of the city from the roof top terrace. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I liked the quality of the shower. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and some traditional Georgian dishes as well as the usual items you would expect to find. The coffee was freshly made and not instant or from a "one button to press" machine.

    Amazing hotel. Nice staff, they tried to help in everything. The location is great. Five minutes walk from the Old Town. The breakfast is delicious, there are Georgian dishes as well. They also offer a glass of champagne and chacha during breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel next time and strongly recommend it to everyone!
