One of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed in! The staff and service are exceptional and assisted in whatever we asked. The hotel and room combine historic design with most modern facilities. I recently stayed at a hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I booked my room, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. When I got lost on my way to the hotel, they came to pick me up from the metro station and were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is modern, chic, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. But what really stood out was the genuine and attentive service provided by the staff. I was truly impressed and grateful for their hospitality, and I would not hesitate to book with this hotel again in the future. If you're looking for a place to stay in Tbilisi, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Fantastic buffet breakfast with options for ordering hot meals as part of the price. Spacious room with amenities like smeg fridge and lots of lighting options, as well as a great shower. Staff were friendly, gave great recommendations and held our bags while we went hiking.

    The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.
