As 1st experience in Gruzia this is definitely very local place. Its in a small village and off the grid. The rooms are big but with old equipment and water was not always hot. Don't expect luxury. Warm and hospitable owner who offered us best red wine we had in Georgia. If you want beautiful local experience, meet great people and taste exceptionally good wine then this is great place! Also there is beautiful hot spring 20 minutes by car.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Newport Hotel Kutaisi, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and were always ready to help with any request. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Kutaisi’s main attractions and shops. The restaurant in Newport Hotel was amazing. They have the best food in the area. It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but it's only a 10-minute walk away, which gives you the tranquility of a tree-lined street. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need; they even provided bathrobes. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. Enjoying our breakfast in the winter garden was a particular pleasure. The hotel also has ample parking, which is very helpful for those traveling by car.
