All the little gestures and details (such as small farewell gifts for our kid) really made a nice impression. The room was cleaned and tidied up every day. The staff was amazing. From the women that clean the rooms to the staff at the restaurant. Manole - the person at the buffet hall was the nicest person we ever met. He took care of us all - our little baby, and teenage girl :))) We had everything what we wish even before saying it. Also Ali was very, very nice and very professional. Best people ever. Also the pool life guard Villi. She was super super nice and lovely girl who took care us. Always smiling and helpful. I love this hotel. This is my second stay there. And if I visit Alexandroupolis again I will definitely stay here. Very clean and big rooms. The bathroom is spacious. They provide small soaps and shampoos. The location is great. The hotel is right in the center. There are many great restaurants, cafes and taverns within five minutes walking distance. The open buffet breakfast is also great for 5 euros. The reception people and hotel staff is very nice people as well.
