This is a great property just walking distance from the Kos international airport. 15 mins drive from the magnificent Agia Stefanos beach. We loved the place , super clean and if you stay on the ground floor you have a private gated parking spot! Excellent value for money. Panagiotis is a great guy and has been super helpful at all times. We stayed at this place one night to spend some time in the wonderful Kos island before taking our flight to Italy. Highly recommended. Thanks Panagiotis and Mama Marina team.

If I could give this place more stars, I would. Sparkling clean, new. Quality everything. Great shower. Fully air conditioned. Plus, the owner left fresh fruit, water, milk, juice and breakfast items. Great communication. Airport walking distance.

The house and the view was amazing. It's off the beaten path and you'll need a vehicle. So beautiful and tranquil. I could of spent my entire time on Kos just staying at the house.

    When we arrived at Villa Milan we were overwhelmed by the...

    When we arrived at Villa Milan we were overwhelmed by the countryside location, the large pool and the sea views. It was so easy to relax there, but it was also in close proximity to the water park, beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a hired car and went out every day to explore the island, which is not large, so we covered a lot, and the roads are quiet. The villa had everything we needed and more; spacious rooms, tv, wifi, well equipped kitchen, bbq, air con, fans... and so on. As a family of 5, we really did have a fantastic week here, swimming in the pool and at beaches, the waterpark close by, exploring and of course eating lots of lovely local food. Definitely one of our best and only wished it could have been longer.

    We stayed at Mastichari and it proved to be a great choice...

    We stayed at Mastichari and it proved to be a great choice for the second week of August because there was always some breeze comparing to other places were the heat was unbearable. The beach is long and sandy but has also a lot of seaweed. It’s a small place, nothing exceptional but nice connection to other islands and for touring around Kos. Good food and friendly locals 👍🏻
