Excellent accommodation, great location! We had a very pleasant week in this seaside apartment. The centre of the old town is only a 10 minute walk away, with many restaurants and shops nearby, yet the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities. We particularly appreciated the many little touches: coffee, tea, biscuits, jams for breakfast, as well as soft drinks, water, snacks and a variety of toiletries. The host was very kind and approachable, everything went smoothly. Overall it was a great experience - I would warmly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a well-located and high-quality apartment in Rethymno.

Very nice and really big rooms. Perfect location. Only little bit problem with wrong code for keys but customer servise was really fast and in 2mins I had correct code. I Can recomend this accomodation.

The location was very convenient. Breakfast very good, varied and served very well by the staff. The staff was very friendly, professional and at all times at the service of the clients. There were many staff from Albania who were very professional, helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

Dear team of The Amalen Suites. I would like to say thank you for our stay. I work in the hospitality and luxury industry and I was really surprised to find this kind of hospitality and this quality of service in your place. I appreciate all the detals founded in your room, it’s very personnalized. (Until the embroidery on the sheets, and towels) and thanks for the equipments and the good bedding!! Beautifully renovated room, modern, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, not too long a walk to beaches and old town, but a bit of an uphill to come back. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great new hotel. Everything works perfectly. The room is wonderful, as is the bathroom and the beds. Nothing is missing. Home automation at the top.
