Dream place. I can not find the right words. The view is unique, the hotel is one of the top with so many facilities - a few to mention: 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants, kids ground with up to date trainers, great massage. We tried athletic massage, and it was much better than expected. The architecture is speechless. Breakfast with variation, including Cretan elements. The room is very convenient and clean with spinaloga view. Staff cleans it literally all day more than once. As for the bed, my kid could not sleep without waking up during the night. In this bed, he slept more hours than even. The staff is so polite - top of the top - which makes the accommodation even more amazing. Great HR selection 👌

Outstanding Service and Amazing Staff ! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel – everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. But what truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. Irinny helped us when we had an issue with our transportation – she immediately took action, made phone calls, and made sure we got the help we needed. Her kindness and quick thinking made a huge difference. Roula was amazing throughout our entire stay – always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed around the hotel. Her warmth made us feel right at home. Thank you both so much! Highly recommended – this hotel stands out not only for its hospitality, but for the amazing people who work there.

Really friendly staff, from the reception to the beach staff, the restaurants, the snack bar, the cleaning staff. Perfect!!! Special thanks to the guest relations manager Yannis!!! The food in the main restaurant...amazing...breakfast and dinner buffet...just exceptional. Beach was 10+++, the sea...amazing. The pools were clean... perfection. We will be coming back!!!! Best vacation so far (family, 2 kids)

    lovely holiday spot, plenty of shops and restaurants, everyone extremely friendly and helpful. About an hour from airport, went to spinalonga and did a few walks, also did the 4 hour train ride which was lovely to see mountains, bit of history etc, wasnt too hot. Both of the bays were good and safe for swimming - one of them a bit pebbly getting in, the other was fine. Supermarkets well stocked. Elounda is flat so easy for walking although pavements a little bumpy. All very accessible and walkable

    It was very pretty and friendly, not too busy although I imagine it would be earlier in season. We visited end Aug into Sept. Lots of choice of restaurants and bars. Can get the bus to surrounding towns and villages or boat trips round the coast. Close to the island of Spinalonga which is interesting to visit.

    Elounda is a lovely safe area.

    Elounda is a lovely safe area. It is kept very clean and tidy. Good for young famalies and couples. Not so lively for teenagers, young adults with no clubs. There is a great choice of restaurants, most of which have great views. the quality of the food in general is good, the choice of food is very similar in most of the restaurants. The service of the restaurants is generally good, although many of them get quite busy at the same time, so you need to be patient.

    Amazing place.

    Amazing place. The small fishing town was a really nice place to visit for an evening off the all inclusive resort. Plenty of restaurants and bars overlooking a really nice harbour. We were lucky that our resort was right up in the hills and the views were stunning.

    Great location.

    Great location. Incredible views to wake up to each morning . Two beaches to choose from . Breakfast excellent . All staff could not be more helpful. Definitely recommend for family or a couple looking for a few days relaxing away. High end. Very civilised without being pretentious . Hotel full but did not feel busy .

    An exceptional stay in a true Cretan paradise! Elounda – Curio Collection by Hilton is simply outstanding. The location is breathtaking, the architecture blends beautifully with the natural surroundings, and the peaceful atmosphere invites you to relax from the very first moment. Everything is tastefully designed and impeccably maintained. From the warm welcome to the smallest attentions throughout our stay, the service was flawless. The entire staff was incredibly kind and professional — always ready to assist with a smile. A very special thank you to Chrisa, who truly made a difference. She was supportive, helpful, and incredibly warm, going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Her genuine care and kindness touched us deeply. We left with unforgettable memories and are already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

    Spent our honeymoon here and Elounda Gulf was the best choice without a doubt. The resort has a quiet luxury vibe, feeling secluded while having an excellent location. Our room (Patmos Suite) had stunning views to Spilanolnga island and was very comfortable with a private pool. The staff were phenomenal (special shoutout to Despoina for her recommendations) making sure we had everything we need without being pushy. The beach club - only a short ride with the hotel transfer felt exclusive and was stunning.

    Excellent location in the centre of Elounda. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the attention to detail is excellent and the room is very peaceful. We had an enormous balcony, which was well furnished and private. Loved the small kitchen area and fridge. The beds were super comfortable and ensured a super nights sleep, aided by the air con. Wifi was good. Owner, family and staff were all lovely.

    The best place to calm & enjoy the wonderful view of Elounda. All the suites have a private pool big enough for 4 people, sunbeds & tables. Maria, the hotel owner, is very kind & always available to help you with any request! If you need coffee/snack or even lunch local stores offer a delivery service! Every morning I ordered coffee & breakfast in my room within 15mins! (Ask Maria for details)

    We arrived early and the staff were extremely helpful , with check-in and showing us to our room . Our room was clean , large in size and had everything needed for our holiday . The Hotel is less than a 5 minutes walk to the harbour . If you’re visiting Elounda and looking for accommodation , then you wouldn’t go far wrong staying here
