Recently renovated apartment in an old building with typical architecture. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 beds, and a good bathroom, all in tiny space (cudos for the architect). Clean, comfortable and cozy. Great view on the bay and riviera from the balcony. The location is perfect. Equally very close to the local and secluded beach, and to the colorful shops and restorants on the other side. At last and probably best the host and his hospitality, starting with the reception, throughout the stay and to the last day. Warm welcome with cold water and juice in the fridge, coffee, sweets etc. Apartment was maintened every other day (linens, towels, garbage, floor). Totally exceeded our expectations.

The studio apartments are located on the hill of Assos village providing a great view from the balcony. The studio has the essentials, such as water boiler, coffee maker, and hair drier. The owners are very kind and welcoming and they provide with daily cleaning and a small breakfast. We also got a welcoming gift, cake slices. The village is great for those who don't want to travel a lot. It has a very good bakery, mini markets with reasonable prices, touristic shops for souvenirs, a snack cafe bar and restaurants. The beach is nearby and also there is a viewpoint to have a small activity and view the sunsets. The studio apartments are very close to the beach, around 5-10 minutes walk. And there is a shortcut with stairs. There is space for parking.

The house and the location were completly stunning: everything clean, nice decoration, well equipped, large terrace where you can enjoy both the seaside with the sunset and the mountain view. There is enough parking space. The host offered is a lot of useful details and asked all our questions. There were also some tavernas at 2 min walikg distance.

A newly redone place in an excellent location in the town of Assos. Modern amenities throughout, nicely appointed. 3 minute walk to the beach. A great place for families with kids - it's 30 meters from the church yard, where kids from all nations play - a safe place to let them roam! Excellent restaurants around the corner. The beach is crowded in August. Take a walk up to the old fort, it's worth watching the sunset from up there! And the host is very responsive and concerned.

    Lovely village.

    Lovely village. It's a popular yachting harbour and I think this makes it a bit more expensive than the rest of the island. We swam at Fiko bay which is about a kilometre from where we were staying. Nice and reasonably priced taverna here, though you need to book for the evening.

    Small beautiful harbour village hosting tiny fishing boats, sailing holiday flotillas and some fabulous superyachts. Loads of waterside restaurants - our favourites are Captains Cabin, Elli's and Kyma. The people watching is off-the-scale! Can get busy between 11am and 2pm with day trippers. Evenings wandering around the harbour are magical. Theodora's have the best cocktails. Hire a car from the airport, it's a lovely drive up to Fiskardo and then you ca see other places. The roads are very good.

    You can tell why it's one of the must see places on...

    You can tell why it's one of the must see places on Kefalonia. Make sure you stay there and get up early to get breakfast at one of the harbour side cafes and watch the boats and their crew preparing for the day. It's not even expensive to eat out in the evenings, and the views are stunning.

    There's always so much going on in Fiskardo!

    There's always so much going on in Fiskardo! Beautiful yachts coming and going, bustling boutique shops and fabulous cafes, ice-cream parlours, cocktail bars and restaurants all along the harbour front that makes up the town. Locals are friendly, engaging and keen for you to enjoy your stay which is great too. Beyond the immediate harbour front are well signposted walks - e.g. to the lighthouse and beaches which are well worth exploring. We had some lovely traditional Greek meals in Kefalonia (mostly in Fiskardo and on Ithaki), but our personal favourite place was Foki Taverna (at Foki Beach about 20 mins walk from the harbour) where the local food is cooked well and served with a smile....also very cheap and with a lovely view to enjoy as you eat too!

    The harbour and the places for food and drink where 1st class, but above all the Balhambra suites where the jewel in the crown, what a delightful stay we had, definitely will choose this location again, thank you for a wonderful holiday break

    Bustling, beautiful and exciting. Great bars and delicious food. Our favourite place to eat was right on the front, served bar food and also had a restaurant at the side. Can’t remember the name but they play such good music, you just don’t want to leave.

    Wow the view from this villa was amazing. Perfect place to watch the gorgeous sunsets while’s also surrounded by nature. The spacious and clean, well equipped villa was excellent. Found the large bed very comfortable. Loved having a private pool to take a dip while’s looking out to the amazing views. Great location to explore the near by beautiful beaches and town. Only 6 mins drive to Fiskardo. We only had 3 nights here but could have easily stayed the whole week. Great communication highly recommend.

    Everything!!! Lovely, well equipped apartments in a convenient location just a 15min walk from Fiskardo Harbour. The hosts were very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed (even giving us a lift into town for groceries!) The apartment complex was beautiful with gorgeous gardens, fabulous pool and everything was so clean. The apartment itself had a wonderful sea view and the best beds i have ever slept on in Greece. 100% recommended.

    Everything, I can not fault this hotel! The rooms were perfect, but the best thing about this hotel are the people who work there! Special mention for Yoda and Dimitris who can't do enough for you! Breakfast was amazing! The location is one of the best in Fiscardo as its a 2 minute walk to the front. Beautiful pool area and everything is so clean thanks again 😎
