A cosy spacious apartment amid gardens and flowers, 11-12min walking from the sea. 5min to the city center with a supermarket, bakery, and numerous fine restaurants. 3 sleeping rooms, along with 2 double-bed lofts in the living room, well equipped kitchen, big patio, all is located very privately, with own parking place. All internal spaces are well airconditioned. A very hospital and helpful host.

Me and my family had a fantastic stay at Villa Marianna. The villa was brand new, clean and well designed featuring spacious and tastefully decorated rooms that were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying meals or even have a barbecue. The area was very calm and very close to the beach, meanwhile small shops, cafes were some minutes away by using a car. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive, always available to assist with any requests or questions we had. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here and the hosts were amazing!! The villa is very clean and retains its traditional features whilst being modern with all the facilities you might need. It is fully stocked just like a hotel but set up for self-catering. Great for a families or small groups of people! It is a very short walk to some great restaurants, bakery and mini-market. We’ve been to Gennadi a few times and the area is fantastic. The beach is very close by - a 5 minute drive. The airport is just one hour away but with good bus connections if you don’t have a car. Would happily come back

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!

We loved the village of Gennadi, there was live music in the tavernas most evenings, was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The flat was really comfortable and the owner's mother was a lovely lady who helped out when we couldnt understand why we had no electricity. The whole village was without electricity, not for long. Vasia the owner was also brilliant with her communications and did everything to make our stay the best. Thank you.

Really nice and peaceful place, a comfortable villa with the spacious living room decorated in a cozy home style, 2 comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. good air-condition in each room, the villa with a beautiful sea view, a cozy terrace, a good place to rest after windsurfing, 5-7 minutes walk to Gennadi shops and restaurants, good & nice local cleaning service, responsive, helping with any issues if there are any with the Villa, we recommend it for other guests

Situated in a very quite area but very close to village, the house has everything a family needs. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances, large TV and clean linens. The location and villa itself were great. We have stayed in villa A, it was probably the most spacious outside, a lot of spots for chilling outside, convenient pool area and nice surroundings. It's only few minutes by foot to The beach. Beach is rocky, but they were not sharp, really pleasant to be on. Accomodation has everything needed, not new things inside, but are enought for pleasant stay. It is not far to go to Gennadi city center, where small groceries store and a lot of nice cafes could be found for tasty dinners, walking distance only 10-15min.

    The house is clean and convenient.

    The house is clean and convenient. It has 2 yards with sun beds, tables, chairs and 1 terrasse with sea view. The host was nice and brought us watermelon and the best figs I have tasted. He recommended us dinner places in Gennadi village and these were good especially Mama's kitchen and Zorbas. We had rent-a-car are travelled all over the island.

    We rented a car and it was very easy to find our way around and lots of nice places nearby to see. Was about an hour away from the airport. We ate in a really lovely restaurant in a cove - Tambakio!

    A small, quiet, and pleasant town.

    A small, quiet, and pleasant town. We didn’t spend much time there, mostly stayed at the villa further south. We came into town every morning for the supermarket, bakery, and greengrocer—everything you need is there. In the evenings, the restaurants are full, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is great. Unfortunately, we got a parking ticket and still don’t understand why—we didn’t think we parked incorrectly, and no one around us got one—but we paid it anyway.

    Gennadi is a lovely and peaceful village, perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds. It has a charming local atmosphere, friendly people, and everything you need within walking distance – shops, a bakery, pharmacy, and some great tavernas and bars. The beach is long, clean, and never too crowded – ideal for sunbathing or a quiet swim. It's also a great base for exploring the southern part of Rhodes, including Prasonisi or Lindos. If you're looking for an authentic Greek experience in a calm and beautiful setting, Gennadi is a perfect choice. We truly enjoyed our time there and would happily come back!

    The villa was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything we could have needed. We especially enjoyed its location being just a short walk to the beach or into the village where there were ample tavernas, bars, a supermarket and bakery. We thoroughly enjoyed Gennadi and the calm relaxed vibe it has. Michael was the perfect host - extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble - thank you :)

    It was an amazing vacation. Kostas made his job excellent. The food was delicious. But the main plus is a sea. It was clean and there were a lot of space on the beach. It takes 1 min from the hotel. If you need swimming and relax without a lot of people around it is a perfect choice.

    Great villa, well equipped, great location and secluded beach within 1 minute walk, staff friendly, pool cleaned daily. You need a car in Rhodes but bars, restaurants and groceries all within minutes drive.
