We had a truly wonderful stay! Kristina was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed. The location is unbeatable — just seconds from the ocean — and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The area itself is fantastic, with restaurants, supermarkets, and everything we needed close by. We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to stay here again!

The hotel was fantastic: design, beach, food, rooms, staff, everything. However, we especially want to highlight the bar (great cocktails, great locations, great view) and the food at the Thymises restaurant, as well as all the staff, who were always exceptionally positive and friendly. I also enjoyed the daily outdoor yoga with an extremely pleasant yoga instructor.

On arrival we were met by a competent receptionist. He welcomed us warmly. We were registered fast, explained all the ins and outs and shown the parking. Easy private parking part of hotel premises. The room was modern with comfy bed and all amenities. Also enjoyed the shampoo, soaps and lotion. Everything was spotless. Breakfast and diner were nice with large choise and plentiful. It was so nice having meals on the lovely sunny terrasse. The hotel is modern spotless and quiet. We just loved our stay there and hope to be back in the near future. Thanking the efficient staff.

Our stay at Paralos Kosta Alímia was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight was without doubt the five à la carte restaurants, each offering unique flavors and absolutely delicious food where every meal felt like a fine dining experience. The hotel’s services and facilities were outstanding, seamlessly blending comfort with luxury. What impressed us most, however, was the customer care. After an unfortunate incident with the room, we were met with kindness and professionalism. Special thanks go to Katerina, the manager for customer experience, who went above and beyond to turn the situation around. As a token of respect, she offered us access to everything the hotel had to offer at no extra charge, a gesture that left us truly speechless. This level of thoughtfulness and generosity not only resolved the issue but also elevated our stay into a top-notch experience that made us completely forget the incident in the first place. We left Paralos Kosta Alímia with cherished memories, gratitude for the staff, and a strong desire to return. This is hospitality at its finest.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Buffet breakfast had so many choices, and the food is so fresh. We had dinner every night at the BLV Restaurant because the food was so delicious. All the staff at Vasia Boulevard are so polite and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has the most stunning view of the beach. The location is good, close to all shops and restaurants.

    Gournes is not big .

    Gournes is not big . Shops , tarvernas , fuel stations all close to hand and short walking distance to beach with lots more tavernas. Waterpark and Dinosaurs Park and Aquarium are all close by . Enjoyed by our grandchildren. Family orientated. Would recommend this to all potential hirers. Minutes from Heraklion airport .
