Hotel very close to the port. Old town and beaches are about 45 minutes by foot, shuttle buses start close by the hotel too. Since I arrived in pre-season the pool and what seems to be a pool bar were not yet operating, but the area appears nice. Breakfast was good as well.

    Staying at Athina is a great experience! Difficult to say whether the best is the view and the location or staff kindness and availability in supporting customers! We highly recommend this experience even for a short (2/3 days) staying! On top of that Patmos island is beautiful besides usual but nevertheless important people's kindness lovely beaches, Psili Ammos and Vagia our favorites and Apocalypse cave, a relevant site for christian history. Enjoy Athina and Patmos!

    The villas are beautiful, exceptionally comfortable, well designed and have unbeatable views across the island. But the real jewel in the crown of this hotel is the restaurant. The breakfast is delicious (unbeatable chia pudding!) and the food is the best we had on the island by a mile. Maria and the team are doing an excellent job, highly recommend.

    A super family run hotel, such a rarity. Staff are amazing and the location just perfect - buses to the nearby famous monastery are regular, from which you can then walk into the main port . Breakfast on the terrace is great - sea views, what more can one wish for?!

    Loved everything about it-the facilities, cleanliness, hosts were all amazing. The location was a little far from Skala but the town of Grikos was lovely with a few selections of restaurants close by.
