The place was really really clean. During checkout we saw how the cleaning personnel was cleaning the other apartments very detailed. Location is also very good next to the beach and some nice restaurants.

I have to admit I was a bit nervous before arriving because I had seen a previous negative review – but all my doubts disappeared the moment I arrived. I was more than positively surprised! The house is beautiful, authentic, and full of charm – it’s spread over two levels and radiates warmth and good energy. The biggest gem is the large, enclosed, peaceful yard where you truly feel like you’re in the countryside, surrounded by nature. That kind of space and privacy is very rare for Greek rentals, which are often cramped and close together. Here, you have room, tranquility, and greenery – perfect for families or anyone seeking a calm reset. The location is fantastic – just a short two-minute walk to the beach, yet tucked away from the noise and crowds. Natalija, the host, is absolutely amazing – kind, helpful, always available but never intrusive. I felt truly welcomed and cared for, which meant a lot. All in all – if you’re looking for accommodation that isn’t generic, that has soul, peace, and space, Alina’s House Kalamitsi is the perfect choice. I’d come back in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Greece in its most relaxed and beautiful form.

The place is really exceptional. In the first place, I have to mention that we were really amazed by the professionalism of our host. Sir Dimitris is the perfect host, he is a true professional, always available and a great communicator. He will give you all information you need. If you need some suggestions, whether it is about a boat tour or some nice restaurant, he will give you the best advice. The place is really super clean (it is being cleaned every day), well equipped and everything is brand new, The bathroom is spacious, modern and has enough storage space for all your cosmetics :) The terrace is the best part. It is so spacious and it was so enjoyable to have coffee there in the morning or to rest a bit in the evening before you go out. The main beach is literally a 2min walking distance from the apartment. The supermarket and nice tavernas as well. And the beach is amazing, you cannot imagine how clean the water is during the whole day. You have parking in front so you don't have to worry about that. I have to mention also that the staff is really nice and kind.

    The beaches in Kalamitsi are top-notch.

    The beaches in Kalamitsi are top-notch. The food is remarkably good too in the local tavernas. However, it's a longer distance from the city of Thessaloniki (2-2.5 hours depending on where you start your trip from) and there are not many things to do in Kalamitsi regarding night life. Mostly appropriate for families and groups that just want to have a chill time.

    A perfect blend of comfort, kindness, and Mediterranean charm—just steps from a beautiful beach and tavernas, for a truly relaxed and unforgettable holiday. Special praise for the hosts who, despite the famous Greek hospitality, exceeded expectations. The food in the tavernаs is excellent, the seafood specialties at Zorbas Taverna were a 10! Kalamitsi is a small village, former wild beach that has kept its natural charm, now home to just a few rows of beautiful villas and accommodations—perfect for those who love swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the sand.

    Kalamitsi has a beautiful beach nice sand, cultured people, beautiful beach bars. Perfect place for families with children, the water is warm and there are no big waves like in other parts of Sithonia. We had two or three windy days. There is one gyro shop and pizza place, and also some club sandwiches at the beach bars.

    Kalamitsi is a small place.

    Kalamitsi is a small place. It seems that is living only during turist season, not the whole year. It has only one shop, and that is for everything one need-food, everything for the beach, for the house-living,... In the city there is one restaurant, one fast food and one place where guests can have drink. We were not able to have ice cream anywhere. Not far from Kalamitsi is other, all year populated place, about 10 km, and there is a supermarket, butcher, bakery-pastry shop, pharmacy... But it is not convenient to go 10 km for everyday shopping. We were there at the end of season (second half of September) and it was rather empty, only parents with babies or very young children. Maybe it looks different in full season.

    Kalamitsi is a perfect place for people who want to chill...

    Kalamitsi is a perfect place for people who want to chill and relax. The restaurants were absolutely delicious and the greek atmosphere was really enjoyable. The beaches were sandy and the water was clear blue. I recommend you all to visit this place!
