Quiet location outside Kryopigi, avoiding the tourist jams but easily accessible and not far away from the Kryopigi village centre (you could walk there but you would need a car if you are with kids or if you would like to visit other nearby villages). The beach is 5 minutes walk (somewhat steep path among greenery), secluded and wild, feels like your own private beach (wear water shoes as it is rocky in the beginning). The yard is well groomed, with a treehouse and hammocks. The view from the terrace is magnificent. We only stayed for two days so we did not use the facilities in the studio but it seemed to have everything necessary if you wanted to cook. Rita and Stefanos were warm and welcoming hosts that provided us with recommendations on all questions that we had. A relaxing getaway at the end of the summer season.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The apartment had all the amenities we needed—fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a nice big balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and rest of the day. The location was perfect - just a short drive from the best beaches in Kassandra. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation. This house is amazing, there is a lot of space and it has all you need for a summer vacation (or winter - there are two fireplaces that we wished we could light up) . We made breakfast in the upstairs kitchen every morning, the kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. From there you step out to the big balcony and have breakfast looking at the sea. There is the biggest rosemary bush ever in the garden, olive trees and flowers. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own balcony. Every floor has a bathroom (3 in total), they were clean and there was always enough hot water. The beds and the pillows are very comfortable. There are no beaches within walking distance but we went by car to several different ones and there are many beautiful beaches that you can reach in 5-10 minutes. Overall, our stay here was perfect and we would 100% come back. It was 5 of us and we had more than enough space, I believe 8 people could easily stay here and have enough room.

    Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

    Beautiful beaches, great bakeries.

    Beautiful beaches, great bakeries. Need a car to visit nearby towns and beaches. Highly recommend Agia Paraskevi Thermal springs. Restaurants are nice, especially for fish. Very relaxing area.

    Breakfast, lunch, dinner were very good, the opportunity to choose your desired food. The staff was very friendly, The location is great the beach is about 10 minutes walking from the hotels. The room was not as we had booked it, as it was in the description details of the booking page. After 5 request to change the mattress of the bad, they didn't changed. Car parking is not safe has no security cameras. Our car was damaged, we reported it to the reception, he told us he was sorry, but we do not have security cameras in the parking lot.

    Liked: Kriopigi beach, parking (it's useful), restaurant stuff (very helpful) Cons: Long walk towards the beach, old furniture in the main building, quite a crowdy road right in front of the hotel, no animation for guests, weird access to the pool from the main build (especially when restaurant is closed)

    Favorite restaurant - Anthoulas Restaurant Favorite beaches: - Kriopigi beach (Aktaion) and Agora Beach - I my opinion these are finest beaches I saw on Kassandra peninsula and are the reason I came to Kriopigi. Other than that, there is nothing spectacular in Kriopigi. It is just an ordinary small town in Greece. Hotel - Mirabilla Boutique Hotel - I stayed there and it was a pleasant experience. Stay away from Bistro Restaurant - They will charge you with food and drink that you have not consumed, especially if you are a larger group from another country. The bill comes handwritten in incomprehensible Greek. They will steal you with a smile on their face and a false hospitality

    Extremely polite and friendly stuff which makes your stay different. For 2-3 days of staying the breakfast was totally fine. May be for one week it requires more variety. Nice and clean territory, safe parking next to the hotel. Private beach in 5 minutes walk distance, was totally fine with us to climb and go down, with attention for someone who can’t climb.

    The host Dimitrios was extreemly kind, very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The Villa was clean, equiped with all essentials and the beds were also very comfortable. The outdoor space of the Villa was perfect for the summer evenings. The Villa has quick access to the main road and is a 10 minute walk away from Kriopigi's main street.

    The rooms are just as in the pictures, and the view is amazing. The host greeted us with 2 cans of beer which was very thoughtful of him. The location is great, calm and peaceful but still close to all towns and villages nearby, as well as Kriopigi Beach, which is about 5 minutes away (With a car, even less)
