Well, we arrived at night, so the road looked long beside the lake, but in the morning, it was really nice to see all that country vibe. It's a great place to spend a few days with your kids there. Too bad we did not have the time, as we were just passing by. But we will definitely come again next year and stay a few more days. The place looks better than the pictures. On booking is usually the other way around, the pictures look good and the place is old. We slept well, there were a lot of beds, everything was fine. The breakfast could use an improvement, but it's plenty to eat. There are different kinds of animals that your kid can interract with, reminds me of my country grandpa's place.

Our stay near Lake Kerkini was absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was charming — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with a warm, rustic style that felt perfect for the natural surroundings. The location itself was ideal: just a short drive from the main observation spots, yet tucked away enough to enjoy real peace and quiet.
