Location was very good. Close to beach, supermaeket, restorans. In same time building is in peacful street. Apartment is complete renovate.Very well equpied with everything yuo need, with extra towels and linnes. Its on first floor, anway has elevator. Balcony is very spacful. Oner is great. He was very kind and helphul.

We were welcomed by the owners which are super friendly and accommodating. The apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet residential area, 5 mins away from the beach, with all the amenities one may need. We only stayed for 1 night, so didn't make use of the kitchen, but could see that it had all the appliances. The bathroom is spacious and very clean and the bedrooms too.

The apartment is amazing. Well maintained, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Quiet and safe area. Host is one of the best hosts I met in my life. You will receive any info you need and full support during your stay. Very strongly recommended for any type of tastes. The beach is well organised with sun beds and service on the beach. There are hundreds of restaurants around for all type pockets and tastes. 10 min drive to airport. Area was not busy at beginning of Jul. A little bit crowded during weekend but you can manage to find a table in a restaurant. Some places provide food long time after midnight. See water is clean and in the first 50 m from beach is not deeper than 50-60 cm. Apartment is located on the beach. All necessary staff is provided. Internet is good. Smart tv works properly. Huge sofa in the living room. Wardrobe, tv and ac in each bedroom. ACs are not noisy. Each window has external blinds so, no light inside till you open it. The boat to city center is 50 m away.

First of all, I have to praise the approach of the apartment owners – both were extremely helpful, gave us various tips for places to visit in the area, and the owner even picked us up from the airport and drove us back on our last day. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The beach is about a 3-minute walk away. Once again, thank you for your kindness – we really enjoyed our stay.

    This is a great place for a short family vacation,...

    This is a great place for a short family vacation, especially with children. The sea is shallow, making it very convenient for kids to swim – you can walk quite far into the water and it still remains shallow. The area itself is peaceful and quiet, with plenty of parking available. I recommend coming by car, as the town itself is small and doesn’t offer much in terms of attractions. If you want to explore the surroundings, having a car makes things much easier. However, there is a boat that goes from the town to Thessaloniki, which is a great opportunity to see the sights of the city and enjoy a pleasant sea trip back. What else can I say? It’s a calm and relaxing place, but probably not ideal for more than about five days, as the main attraction is the beach and swimming in the sea. In my opinion, staying longer might become a bit boring. That said, it’s a wonderful spot to recharge. The beaches are great, and all the people we met – waiters, staff, and locals – were very kind and friendly. There’s no pushy sales or unnecessary services, just a nice, welcoming atmosphere. There are also many charming restaurants along the waterfront and in town, offering options for every taste and budget, making it easy to relax and refresh your mind.

    It's very quiet and relaxing location, close to the beach. There are not many markets/bars - most are concentrated in the centre of the village. The hospitality of the locals was great. It's easy to visit the city by public transportation. You can rent a car and visit Kassandra and Sythonia where nice beaches are located. The proximity to the airport is also a great advantage.

    If you love traditional Greece, this is for you.

    If you love traditional Greece, this is for you. You can walk along to lots of different beaches. Most tavernas did not charge for sun chairs you just needed to buy drinks from them. Peraia walkable in 15 mins more commercial location. Good bus 90 cents to various locations including Thessaloniki, or a boat from the local pier. Soo many lovely restaurants and bars all along the seafront. Sea was soo warm, when we visited in June. Very shallow, so great if you have little ones, you can walk out a long way and still be only up to your waist.

    It is a calm, small town on the suburbs, less busy than Thessaloniki, It is perfect to chill out on the beach and have a supper in one of the restaurants (many options to choose, also vegetarian), average price for two (with wine) is 35eur. There is a big market, a small shop nearby, a cafe and a long and clean, public beach with beach bars offering cocktails, snacks. On Friday there was an open market (bazaar). Good connection by bus (1,1eur) to the airport and Thessaloniki (45 min)

    Me and my family like this region because it is close to big...

    Me and my family like this region because it is close to big city (Thessaloniki ) and in the same time you are in the sea resort. Here you can find a lot of Greek restaurants, long walking alleys along the sea. You also can find night clubs with young people if your don't want to rest :)

    This small town has everything you need on holiday: a lovely beach with gently sloping sand and shingle, clean warm water to swim and plenty of cafes and restaurants all along 1.5km in each direction. The promenade takes you along to Pereia which has more shops, bars and restaurants, good for sunset watching, but there is a good selection of restaurants and cafes in Neoi Epivates itself. Food is delicious and good value - from pizza and gyros to souvlaki, seafood and salads. In the town centre there are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, pharmacies, a print centre, and various small shops. On Fridays the local market sells fresh food and some textiles. There is a regular bus service to Pereia. and to Thessaloniki via the IKEA bus terminal, and several ferry services each day. Local people are friendly and can help in several languages.
