It was the most beautiful apartment we had in Greece ever! It is modern, clean, they are changing towels every day, it is comfortable, internet is fast, always available. Terrace is my favorite! Public parking is nearby and it is free of charge.

One of the best places that we stayed on our honeymoon trip around Greece. Its the perfect place for both, the short overnight trip and for a longer stay, because it has everything you might need. Location was very good, because the Main Street and the beach was couple minutes in walking distance, but we weren’t disturbed at night by noises. The room felt very new, clean, modern and fresh. I really liked smart mirrors with a nice lightning. We found everything that we need for making breakfast in the kitchen, and a generous selection of warm drinks. Sofia is a very good person and a host. She is always ready to help you with everything you might need 🥰

A luxurious hotel, excellent welcome from the staff, special attention to the entire stay was given by Dimitris, who is a real professional in his work and deserves great compliments.We had a nice breakfast, the hotel is an ideal place for a family holiday with small children and a place to rest in a quiet part of Olympiaki Akti. The beach is a 7-minute walk away, there is private parking and a private garden for children to play in. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated with style and has everything you need. We will definitely come back.

Everything was great. Good location, 5-10 min walk to the beach. Spotless clean. Bins changed daily, floors cleaned daily, towels and sheets every other day. Big rooms with everything you need, kitchen well equipped (pots, pans, dishes, kettle). Host is receptive to all your needs. Highly reccomend.

Great hotel in a great location. About a 5min walk to the action, but far enough away to avoid any late night noise. Staff was friendly and efficient, good breakfast selection, great room size (one of the few that could accommodate our family of 5 in one room) with well functioning AC and a large mini fridge. The pool, while small, was a very nice alternative to the crowded beach. Lots of markets and restaurants in the immediate area. Free parking is available very nearby if there are no spots directly around the hotel.

    We stayed at Olympiaki Akti, the smaller resort south of...

    We stayed at Olympiaki Akti, the smaller resort south of Paralia. The beach is a-okay for a budget holiday. The sea was however quite dirty. This may have been due to the specific period in season when it gets this green, but I am not really used to not be able to see my feet from knee-deep height through the water. There's a strange trench in the beach sea floor where a lot debris seems to collect which means that I had to swim through tea-temperature green water with tons of seaweed and strong sunscreen film until after this underwater trench, whereas the sea starts to clear out and one can swim comfortably in more than 1.4m depth. Problem is however that one has to again swim back through the dirty strip before going out of the sea. Beach patrons appear to be on most part of extremely filthy behavior, resulting in a substantial amount of cigarette butts, coffee cups and other trash in the beach sand. I've never before encountered something quite like that in Croatia or Bulgarian black sea coast. The positive highlight would be the part of the beach serviced by Hotel Girni Olympic, which was significantly cleaner than the parts south of it and has a wonderful service, food and drinks. It is also possible to view sunsets from this part of the beach. After some days we've decided to instead travel further up north above Paralia to IL MARE BEACH KORINOS where we were reasonably satisfied with beach cleanliness and great service.

    There is a fun train which travels from Olympiaki Akti to...

    There is a fun train which travels from Olympiaki Akti to Paralia, a 2-way ticket for 3 euro but with an expiring time of 2 hours. Was starting from 6 pm till 11 pm on every 30 min. My kids loved it. It was a lovely experience.

    The central area of the beach is too busy even in the beginning of September. The beach is long enough to find a place for you self, but you should spend dome more minutes walking to get a little bit out of the town or to use a car. The beach wasn't so clean like it was on my last visit there a few years ago.

    We visited in September and the water was just right for...

    We visited in September and the water was just right for swimming, likely due to the end of summer, though it varied with the weather. Some days the water was clear, while other days it was wavy. This beach is surrounded by several supermarkets, fruit stands, restaurants, and boutiques. The view of Mount Olympus is beautiful. It is also easy to get around Olympiaki Akti and the nice thing about this place is the quietness at night as vehicles are parked away from the apartments. There is an open, big, free parking at both ends of the road.

    A pleasant little place with a wonderful view of the sea but...

    A pleasant little place with a wonderful view of the sea but also of Mount Olympus, quiet, clean streets, large sandy beaches, friendly local people, well-stocked shops and bakeries. The proximity of Paralia and Katerini gives you more options for free time ... ideal for a stay in September for people with small children.

    All for a good holiday are here, and we can realize how few...

    All for a good holiday are here, and we can realize how few think we need: water, sand, sun. Not crowdy, ideal for families. Several food shops and restaurant nearby. Who wants more more shopping possibilities and entertainment, on less then 3 km will find it. The water is shallow, the beach with sand, the Sun as anywhere else in Greece.

    Everything was fine, the owner was ok, extremely clean.Unbelievable for Greece, air conditioning is included in the price, we didn't have to pay extra The hotel is in a quiet place, a little further from the beach, a ten minute easy walk, but that's not a problem. There is an elevator in the hotel, which is commendable if you have heavy suitcases. Thank you for everything.

    We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ioanna. The owner, Savva, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jorgo, the beach manager, and his team were fantastic – they understood everything we needed, were open to suggestions, and always treated us with kindness. They really took great care of us. We were 6 families, all with young children, and we all had a great time together.
