Excellent location within walking distance to main Fira market, albeit a small stressfull climb. Host was excellent & provided us all the infomation needed. Checked us in & gave all the instructions needed. The outdoor Hot Tub Jacuzzi was great & so was the steam room & we still miss it. Host was over courteous & even gave us a free breakfast on the last day. Breakfast was excellent & good qulaity & quantity. Rooms are well planned & secluded from each other offering good privacy. Housekeeping was good & clean. We still miss Cycladic suites & would like to visit again.

The entire complex was spotlessly clean. The pool was sparkling. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was an issue. They allowed us a late check out and arranged a super tour for us. They had awesome follow up to any queries we had. Close to the beach and restaurants.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The hotel has an excellent location, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, everything is spotless, and the amenities are fantastic. The luxury suites are very spacious and airy, the hot tub was both beautiful and practical, and the private areas are stylish and make you feel truly special.

I had a truly wonderful experience! Everything was perfectly organized, and I felt comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. The service was not only professional but also warm and personal, which made all the difference. The massages were deeply relaxing and expertly done and the food was delicious, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank-you goes to Gwgw, whose kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made my time here exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as it is a rare combination of professionalism, relaxation, and heartfelt hospitality. I don’t even know where to begin, because words seem so small compared to what we felt during our stay at Klostra. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness, and a level of hospitality that brought tears to our eyes. The staff truly go above and beyond—each smile, each gesture felt genuine and full of heart. You don’t just feel like a guest here, you feel like family. The rooms are nothing short of spectacular. Every detail is thoughtfully curated—the design, the cleanliness, the view… It felt like waking up inside a dream every morning. Stepping out onto the terrace and seeing the breathtaking Aegean Sea, bathed in golden sunlight, was a memory we’ll carry forever. And the breakfast—oh, the breakfast! Each bite felt like a love letter to Greek cuisine. Fresh, local ingredients, beautifully prepared and served with care. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience. We looked forward to it every morning with childlike excitement. But perhaps the most magical part of Klostra is the pool. Suspended between sea and sky, it offers a serenity I didn’t know I needed. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the poolside, tears in our eyes, hearts full… it was a moment of pure peace. Thank you, Klostra, for everything. Property Owner was there to personally welcome us… They have wonderfully kind and helpful staff. Extremely underrated location- two steps from the beach, as well as 20+ restaurants along the beachfront. Kindly upgraded our room with zero additional costs, housekeeping was prompt and swift every morning. Ended up extending our stay here for an additional week, the experience was so good.

We booked the sunrise suite but decided on the spot to upgrade for the sunset suite, which cost more but is totally worth it! The suites, view and pool are unbelievable! We always stayed for diner in our room with great room service and nice dishes - stunning sunset. Once of the best experience of my life

The place is in excellent location, within a cute village with beautiful views. Wonderful sunset view itself from the rooftop of the hotel!! Everything is new and just like on the pictures, I couldn’t get enough of the style and effortless elegance of this place. Breakfast of very good quality, healthy and super tasty. But most importantly though, Esra - the host, is so helpful and so nice! When we arrived, Esra gave us all the support we needed, and stayed available at all times. This place really was a highlight of our stay in Santorini!
