Came for a family wedding so only a short stay for us with limited time to explore. Especially enjoyed its peaceful and picturesque location. The beaches were only small therefore could get a little overcrowded. I also felt they could have been cleaned better ie cigarette stubs in the sand. At times some of the paving steps could do with maintaining better. Some lovely restaurants serving simple Greek food cooked well. It is a very touristy area, not my ideal, but many beaches within a close distance, swimming, beach bars, restaurants, opportunities to rent boats or a tour (Recommended! I booked with Paleotours.) The Green Bus from Corfu town dropped us off right next to the hotel, which was very convenient – no need to walk far with our luggage. The small kitchen had everything we needed and the apartment was getting cleaned every day. A short walk away from the main beaches of Paleokastritsa, supermarket at the end of the street, and plenty of tavernas/bars nearby too. Bus stop to Corfù Town ~5m walk away. We visited many places in Corfu, but Paleokastritsa was undoubtedly the most beautiful, and this hotel is very well located, being an easy walk to all the main beaches, the port (for fantastic boat rides to hidden beaches and caves), the monastery, and many restaurants.
