Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! Everything was unique! XX

Hotel staff displayed an unmatched level of hospitality. They greeted me with warm smiles and were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for guest satisfaction truly made me feel welcome and valued. My room was well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the island. Location of hotel was ideal for exploring the island. The exceptional service, delightful dining, and perfect location exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and truly remarkable stay.

Eleven is a lovely little hotel in Stavromenos, about 10-15 minutes drive from Rethymno. I loved the pool, spacious room, view from the room, tasty breakfast and the staff. Everything seemed to be new, rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. It is a bit far from everything so car is recommended but this worked great for us as we wanted to spend our vacation in a quiet spot anyway. All in all, a wonderful experience.

One of the best hotels where I had the opportunity to stay. Everything was excellent. I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel.     We didn't like Skaleta because there weren't any interesting attractions or promenade for tourists. Beaches haven't got high quality, too. But it is very quiet if you want to rest and sleep in peace. You are able to find cheaper accommodations in Skaleta and travel by rented car wherever you want.

    A nice, quiet hotel, wonderfully located near the beach, with a pool on the premises. Upon request, we received comfortable cribs for the children. There are several restaurants nearby and a shop not far away. We recommend the hotel.
