Very attentive owners (Thea) who went an extra mile to help us despite the late hour (our flight was delayed). Very spacious and modern property with new appliances and fixtures, huge bathrooms, nice view of the sea. Beautiful and well-maintained backyard.

We were 6 adults (3 couples) staying at Casa Maravillosa for four nights The location of the villa is excellent. It is 3 km from the airport, 1.5 km from the beach, in a charming little village. The villa is beautiful, renovated, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. There are two large master bedrooms (with shower & toilet) on the lower floor of the house, (with separate entrances), not directly connected to the upper part of the living room and the other bedrooms. On the main floor above, there is a huge and well-equipped living room and kitchen as well as an additional shower and toilet. . On the upper floor (above the living room & kitchen) the 3 rooms are with a sloping roof (attic), there are three bedrooms with two separate beds and each room has a separate bathroom and toilet. Outside there is a nice pool, a large table and a barbecue area outside for ten people. The owner of the house, Labros, is an excellent host. He welcomed us warmly, left us a bottle of delicious white wine and mineral water and gave explanations and recommendations for trips on the island. Labros answered every question and we received a wonderful treatment from him. Magical place. Highly recommended. We hope we would have a chance to come back again.

The hotel is brand new, a family project that is stunning. The great decoration gave us Tulum vibes. The breakfast is served in the room & is super tasty. The owners of the hotel is a really nice & welcoming couple. The accommodation is cosy & comfortable. There are only 5 rooms so it makes the hotel feel special & like at home.

    beautiful, if you're looking for peace and quiet and just to chill away from crowds and mass tourism you have come to the right place. A few hotels, taverns and one shop we love it. La Travena Opposite Astra Village is a beautiful restaurant run by the most amazing women and the food is excellent, lovely people. Wouldn't go by the bus time table displayed on the bus stop they are out of date. ask around and see if a local can give you an up-to-date one. But would recommend the round trip to see the island and the turtles in Agostini. We did the island tour with Kefalonia tours and that was good as well.

    The beach nearby was quite small and did get busy with holiday makers who were staying in the local area. The location and facilities nearby made it a very popular choice for holiday makers, especially from the UK and it also being quite close to the airport. It is an excellent location to base yourself, especially if like us, you are first time travellers to the Island.

    Svoronata is a beautiful destination near to the airport.

    Svoronata is a beautiful destination near to the airport. There are lots of stunning beaches to visit and an abundance of quality tavernas to visit - we particularly enjoyed Esperides which is set in an orange grove. We also enjoyed the lively La Calma for food and drinks and Milos for fabulous sunset views and delicious seafood. We found lots of local supermarkets for supplies and the greek people were so welcoming and friendly.

    It was a stopover close to the airport as we landed after the car hire firms had closed. It also saved driving in the dead of night and arriving at our eventual destination at 2am. It brilliantly ticked all the boxes and is highly recommended

    BEEN GOING TO KEFALONIA SINCE 1987, ALEWAYS STAYED AT SCALA, LAST 3 TIMES STAYED NEAR SVORONATA, AIRPORT IS NOT AN ISSUE, VORONATA IS EXPANDING RAPIDLY AND THE PROPERTIES TO RENT/ STAY AT ARE GETTING BETTER, THERE ARE SEVERAL NICE BEACHES, AVITHOS,AMMES, EGLINA, MEGALI AMOS, WHICH HAVE SUNBEDS, AND SNACK BARS.

    The property is quite superb.

    The property is quite superb. The pool and pool terrance provide both shade and access to sun, outside dining and theb internals are excellent. We will return and heartly recommend to others. We ate locally and the recommendation in the accommodation was the best. Very friendly and professional owner and easy access to Argostoli.

    Exceptionally clean aparment, spacious, homely. With panoramic, magnificent view that dreams are made of, trully endless. Comfortable mattresses. A very well equipped and spotlessly clean kitchen. Konstantinos met us on arrival, warmly welcoming. He helped us with advice about beaches, restaurants, and all we needed. If we come back to Svoronata, this will be our first choice to stay.
