All staff were extremely helpful. Always welcoming and attentive without being overbearing.Younger Yiota on reception was friendly, helpful and well informed. The accomodation was very clean and the cleaners extremely accommodating if we were in the room coming back later. Every surface eincluding glass doors and panels were polished daily Full size fridge and safe in room. Good variety at breakfast - juice, cereals, watermelon, yoghurt, ham cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes sliced, yoghurt, sausages, bacon eggs (in 3 ways), beans, tomatoes baked, mini croissants, bread for toast, jams, honey, cakes...something for everyone! Surrounding restaurants very good (Bekiris excellent) and close to the beach. The local supermarkets- including a Spar all reasonably priced. So wonderfully quiet at the pool for the 'deluxe' accommodation and no towels put down to reserve beds - one family did that on their first day then later looked very embarrassed on realising.g it was not the done thing! The transfer service paid for in addition was a fair fare and efficient.

Better than expected overall. Chris was helpful, responded quickly, sorted water/wifi right away during terrible storm. Did not hesitate to Offer us an extra day to check out when needed. The owner, Aggello, is one amazing fellow. Be nice to him, and he would take very good care of you. The staff in general is very helpful. We stayed in the elegant suite, which had a jacuzzi inside the room. The view from the room was amazing, mountains on one side and ocean on the other. They serve amazing food and have daily specials as well. They have in-house car rentals as well and they can also arrange for an airport drop off at 35 Euros.
